Ages 10–15 (teens 16–18 optional)

2. Healthy Self-Esteem & Confidence Building

Overview:
A workshop designed to help young people develop a strong, positive self-image and embrace their unique strengths.

Ages 10–15

  • Practicing self-affirmation and self-care

Overview:

Ages 10–15

  • Creative expression through art, writing, and projects

5. Art Therapy & Emotional Expression
